Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to your purchase(s) from Natural Gas Connection LLC (NGC) of products, services, and accessories available for purchase. These Terms, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern all purchases you make on this site.

Price and Payment. Prices advertised on this site do not include applicable sales taxes or installation charges. Your total price (including taxes and installation charges) will be stated on your purchase receipt provided via e-mail to the e-mail address provided with order. Orders are not binding upon NGC until accepted by NGC.

We accept the following methods of payment via the site: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, bank debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Diner’s Club, and JCB. We anticipate authorizing and charging your payment method at the time of purchase for the value of your order plus any applicable taxes and installation charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method when we bill you for the charges incurred by you. For security, we reserve the right to cancel any order in which the billing name and address does not match that of the payment method used for payment.

Pickup and Installation. If installation is purchased, NGC (through its designated service provider) will perform installation at the address designated in the order. If pick-up of an appliance is selected, items will be available on the dates and in the locations specified in your purchase receipt. The costs of installation (or estimated costs for custom installation) will be shown on the site at the time you make your purchase and on your purchase receipt. NGC will inform you of estimated installation dates or pick-up dates before you place the order and in your purchase receipt. Title to the purchased items and risk of loss passes to you at signature for receipt of the items upon completed installation at the address designated in the order or upon completed pick-up by you at the designated pick-up location. You or a person authorized by you must be present at the time of installation or service performance to sign for receipt. You agree and represent that you are buying for your own internal use only, and not for resale.

Documentation Disclaimer. Product packaging, owners’ manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and/or other product documentation may include more information than what is shown on this site. The content on this site is intended to be used FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. PLEASE FULLY READ ALL MANUALS AND DOCUMENTATION INCLUDED WITH A PURCHASED ITEM BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THAT ITEM.

Warranties. THE LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED TO YOU WITH THE PURCHASED ITEMS. WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE LIMITED TO THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY FOR THE APPLICABLE ITEM IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE. NGC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Inspection of Products. You must examine the purchased items when you receive them, either at our inventory location if the item is being picked up, or at your residence if the item is being installed. If any item is damaged, you must notify NGC by contacting the NGC Customer Service. NGC services the right to not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than 2 days from the date of delivery/installation.

Return Policies and Exchanges. You may return damaged items to NGC within 2 days of the date of receipt of the item for a complete refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a return, purchased items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered to you (either at pick-up or time of installation). To return a purchased item, you must call NGC Customer Service at 1-833-NATGAS2 (628-4272). If the purchased item was installed, we will coordinate pickup of the damaged item from your residence. If the product was picked up, we will coordinate a time for you to return it. Once the returned item is received and inspected/approved for return by NGC or its designee, a refund will be issued to your payment method and processed in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment method.

From time to time, NGC may, in its sole discretion, allow you to exchange a purchased item. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with NGC’s exchange policies in effect on the date of exchange. Exchanges and returns will not be permitted for any customized or special order products, unless those products are defective.
